Thanks.
I also probably won't start on this again until after Gencon.

A fantastic achievement Malfred! Well done!
One question though: How have you not yet taken a photo of all 530 models on one table?

Because my wife loves me and I'd like to keep it that way.
Some day I'll find the time. I think it will take an entire day.

Working/Studying 2. Socializing/Time with Family 3. Playing lots of games. Note that World of Warcraft doesn't fall under any of those things listed above. So here's the question, one that I'm grappling with (though my paint count for this year is paltry by comparison, at less than half, my overall paint count is pretty high):
What do you do for storage? I know you had a couple of shelves and the like and some cases before you went on your epic quest, but assuming you had, say, ~400 previously painted miniatures (at a minimum), this puts you at around 1000 figs. Where do they all go? On shelves for display? In Sabol trays (or equivalent) in the closet? Feed them to the cat? Line the attic to protect against the satellites of Major League Baseball?

I think the lesson here is the best way to enjoy GW's games is to not use any of their rules.--Crimson Devil |

/sigh
Right now they are supporting the foundation of my new house in sabol trays.
Actually, it's sabol trays, and they go in the basement. I'm going through an
acquisition phase that doesn't permit me to release any of my projects. I don't think I
paint well enough to turn a profit off my work, and I do well enough (no kids,
remember) that my hobby is no big thing.
Anyway, definitely looking to slowing things down in the coming year.
