Actually you can use any doctrines you want, the suggested ones are not at all optimal.

Hence the word 'recommend' there. They were of course the doctrines for the army played in the WD battle report, in which case are perfectly fine, obviously they aren't optimal if include psykers, say. You can use any doctrines but you should definitely include Carapace Armour as they wear heavier armour.
